The MWR Full Race Airfilter is developed on track, developed for racebikes NOT for roadbikes, and not on dynometer but on track with professional racebikes with dataloggers.
Protection is on the same level as the performance filter & “HE” filter only for a shorter time due to the much more open structure of the foam materials.
Unlike all other sportsfilters the racefilter creates a much better, equal airflow over all cylinders , means you need to adapt fueling of all cylinders seperatly to achieve maximum effect of the “HE” filter.
Remapping the ECU or Fuel Control Module is highly recommended.
F4 ONLY: For installation of the “HE” filter you need to do one modification, remove the peculair plactic tube from the top-tid of the airbox, (look at the images for further explanation).
Use the Included new bolt attached with the filter, first place the filter, turn in all seven bolts so the filter set his place, then tighten the bolts.
