HIGH QUALITY CENTER PARTS: for each motorcycle model the hubs are CNC machined from high quality 7075 T6 aluminum alloy used in the aviation industry, anodized into optional color and permanently assembled to the carbon rim. SOLID THIN SPOKES: to create solid thin spokes we use special carbon fiber yarn developed for military use. THREE-COMPONENT-COMPOSITE: produced using Rotobox's unique 3 component composite - combining carbon, epoxy and stainless steel. The stainless 2,5 mm steel wire is integrated in each side of the rim increasing its impact resistance at the most critical outer part. CHOPPED CARBON FIBERS MEETS WOVEN FABRIC: our unique technology enables combining chopped carbon fibers with woven fabric seamlessly in one-piece monocoque.
