Delivery may be to a address worldwide. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox, i.e. a letter). We also deliver internationally, again large items will be signed-for items which ensures a safe delivery.
Delivery Charges: We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. If you add additional items, please double check the charge by clicking “Update total”. Our charge depends on the value of your order and on whether you choose a different class of delivery. After you have insert your shipping address the delivery charge will show you during your Checkout process. There are additional charges if you choose a different delivery service (e.g. a faster service). You will always be able to see all applicable charges before place your order.
For some international destinations there are times when the cart system will not be able to calculate accurate shipping costs and a small surcharge may apply. We will contact you and let you know about this change.
We will notify you which delivery method we will use when we send you our fourth e-mail after the purchase. Very occasionally different products in the same order may be delivered separately, we will inform you about this via email.
Please note: Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding bank holidays). If you order after 11.00am, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. If the material is in stock please consider 48/72 hours before shipping.
Important: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Missing damaged or incorrect orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in new/excellent condition. If you do not receive all your products, please contact us ASAP in the contacts page. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours.
Collection is possible on certain items, this is by appointment only, please contact us for more details.
For returns once you have received the product/s or order you must contact us for to authorize and issue you with a returns number (RMI) within 7 days of you receiving the order. Your return item/s must be received within 14 days back to our warehouse after you have received the RMI number. We may accept returns for items not required after 7 days but at our discretion and less than 100% credit value, you must contact us for all returns.
Your product/s must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
You will receive a full refund for the item/s minus the postage/shipping costs, you must bear the costs for the return postage, which must be recorded signed for and insured.
Our accounts department will reimburse the price of the goods within 30 days from the date you notify us of the cancellation once the goods have been received at our offices.
We cannot cancel your purchase/or accept a return when:
- there is a contract for services with the product and you have started using the services.
- the seal has been broken on any sealed product; or
- the goods purchased are electrical goods (such as ECUs, HID lighting kits and tail light kits and any other electrical equipment we supply)
- the goods were a special order to your specification and made to order.
- the goods were ordered in especially for your order, however we do make exception in these instances.
- business to business sales i.e. if you are purchasing on behalf of a business and are being billed to your business.
- the goods are used.
THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Place Order button.
After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered which will include the part numbers, description and full price breakdown. We will send the same details to you in an e-mail (our first e-mail). We will then send a second email upon starting to process your order, which will confirm your order and confirm if payment has been successful. Our third email to you will contain an invoice. Our fourth email to you will contain details of how we will deliver your product/s to you. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will tell you in this email.) Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when this second email is sent to you.
We will notify you by email and/or phone if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Please note, in some cases we may use your details in conjunction with credit reference agency checks. In particular, we may pass your details to credit agencies for them to check against certain public and private databases. These credit agencies may keep a record to use in future security checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.
All prices and charges on this site, by default, are in Euro (€). Prices exclude delivery charges and tax.
Customers are responsible for all eventually duties, taxes, and value-added fees at customs. Eventually Custom fees, duties and taxes are accessed by your country at time of delivery. If a customer does not pay the custom fees, duties and taxes upon receipt of their order, we will charge these costs to the customer for all applicable custom fees, duties and taxes based on our charges from the customs authority.
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, any additional services you choose (e.g. installation), plus any applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Checkout page before you place your order for you to review.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative or cancellation or inform you about the waiting period, also known as backorder.
Payments: We accept payments by direct bank transfer or PayPal.
All goods remain the property of Evolutionbike SRL until the payment has been settled in full.
Except as may be expressly set forth in the product invoice, Evolutionbike SRL makes no representations or warranties as to any of the products distributed by us, expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Motorcycles can be dangerous. Evolutionbike SRL has no control over the usage of any part and expects their customers to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part. Evolutionbike SRL assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of the misuse or improper application of any part in any way by any person. Evolutionbike SRL shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever. All matters shall be interpreted under the laws of Italy.
All merchandise distributed by Evolutionbike SRL is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship only. Final decision will be made in a just and prompt manner. Replacement will be limited to parts only and does not include labor claims of any type. If the manufacturer has a written warranty, it will be included with the item you purchased. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from design and manufacture and testing of its products and we accept no liability for such damages.We shall not be liable for consequential damages.
